The first step of the process is to reach out to us! You can send us an email or use the contact form on the home page, or call/text (502) 208.1330.  Better yet, you can start the process by filling out new patient paperwork.

After you make contact or send the form, we will respond within 24 hours with next steps. This will typically be to set up your labwork at any Labcorp that works for you. Labwork is an important step in this process to make sure you are appropriate for testosterone replacement therapy. We have a discounted men's health/hormone lab panel which is ~$178*.  Once you have your labs drawn, you can make an appointment to see our Nurse Practioner, Clint, at our booking calendar.  The initial evaluation is free, but there is a $50 booking fee to hold a time for your appointment (this fee goes toward your first monthly payment).

Your evaluation with Clint will include a comprehensive evaluation to assess symptoms of low testosterone (Low T) and overall health status.  The goal of the consultation is to provide a comprehensive, evidence-based approach to optimizing men’s health and hormonal balance while ensuring safety and efficacy in treatment decisions.  Typically the following will be included/covered: 

Medical History Review

• Current symptoms (fatigue, low libido, erectile dysfunction, depression, weight gain, decreased muscle mass, etc.)
• Past medical history (chronic conditions, prior hormone therapy, surgeries)
• Medication and supplement use
• Family history (endocrine disorders, cardiovascular disease, prostate issues)
• Lifestyle factors (diet, exercise, sleep, alcohol/drug use, stress levels)

Discussion of Findings & Treatment Options

• Interpretation of lab results and symptom correlation
• Education on TRT benefits, risks, and alternatives
• Discussion of potential side effects (infertility, polycythemia, gynecomastia, etc.)
• Non-TRT strategies for hormone balance (nutrition, exercise, stress management)
• Individualized treatment plan if TRT is indicated 
• Discussion of any additional treatments/supplements (a la carte)

Once payment is made and your membership is set up, your prescription will be sent to our partner compounding pharmacy for processing. We will provide you with detailed instructions (written details and a video tutorial) of how to self-inject (or topical. Within 5-7 days, you'll receive your TRT package shipped discreetly to your home!
